If you find the identical product elsewhere, within 3 days of purchase, for a lower total price (produce price plus shipping and handling fee), we will match the total price or gladly refund the difference.

You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions:

Comparison MUST include the product price plus shipping and handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price.

Our Low Price Guarantee applies only to retailers that have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately.

Total price match requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of purchase at www.synflexusa.com.

Please be aware that Synflex USA only sells Brand New, Fresh out of factories product. We do not accept price match for Used, Damaged, Expired, or Counterfeit products that are being sold at a discount.

We do not Price Match items that are being sold via Auction Sites.
